[1] Select the Find menu and choose the Search tile on your Firestick home to type Downloader.
[2] Choose the Downloader app and click Get or Download button.
[3] To turn unknown sources, select Settings > My Fire TV > Developer option > Install Unknown Apps > Downloader >> Turn On.
[4] Press and hold the Home button on the remote and choose Apps. Select the Downloader tile to launch it on your Firestick.
[5] Under the Home tab on the Downloader app, enter the Facebook Messenger URL (https://bit.ly/3v3RSSE) in the search box.
[6] Once entered the URL, click Go.
[7] Tap the Install button and launch Facebook Messenger by tapping the Open button.

[1] On the Fire TV home, highlight the Find menu >> Search tile.
[2] Use the screen keys to find and select the ES File Explorer app under Apps & Games.
[3] Click on the Download or Get button to install it on Fire TV.
[4] To enable Unknown Sources, open Settings >> My Fire TV >> Developer Options >> Install Unknown Apps >> ES File Explorer >> Turn on.
[5] Go to the Apps section of Fire TV and highlight the ES File Explorer tile to launch it.
[6] Click on the Downloader icon on the home page of File Explorer. Optionally, choose Download Manager on the left pane.
[7] Hit the +New option from the bottom.
[8] On the pop-up, type the URL of the Facebook Messenger apk and a name of your choice.
[9] Click on the Download Now button and allow the download to complete.
[10] On the pop-up, click on the Open File option and select Install.
[11] Select the Install button once again and click Done.
[12] Enter your Messenger login details to start chatting from Firestick.
