In order to get song lyrics feature, ensure that your Apple TV is updated to the latest version.
Activate Song Lyrics on Music App
By default, the Music app on Apple TV will display the lyrics after the tvOS 13 updates. But, your screensaver may hide the lyrics due to pre-configured settings.
Step 1: Launch your Apple TV and click the Settings app.
Step 2: Tap the General section.
Step 3: Select Screensaver menu.
Step 4: Disable Show During Music and Podcasts if it is turned on. This will turn off screensaver.
Step 5: Now, you can see the song lyrics whenever you’re playing in music app.
After enabling this setting, you turn on/off lyrics directly from the music app. While playing a song, press the pause button on your remote and open the lyrics icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
You can also jump between the lines while playing a song on the music app. With lyrics playing on your screen, tap the down or up button on your remote to move between the lines. And then, press the play button to play from the selected line.
Try third-party Karaoke apps on Apple TV
If your Apple TV runs on lower version, you can do Karaoke by downloading some of the third-party apps. These apps are available on the Apple TV app store to download. You can also download some apps on your iPhone or iPad and then Airplay it to the Apple TV.
