How to Add/Install Apps on LG Smart TV?
Like Google Play Store on Android devices, LG Smart TV has a dedicated app store called LG Content Store. It provides you access to download all kinds of apps and to watch popular movies & TV shows on your device.
Step 1: Launch your LG TV and ensure that it was connected to the internet connection.
Step 2: Select the dedicated section which labelled as Apps.
Step 3: Go through the categories or use the search bar to find the desired app.
Step 4: Once you find the app, select it.
Step 5: It will open up a description page where you can read features, specifications, and many more things related to the app.
Step 6: Click the INSTALL icon located below the app logo to initiate the installation process.
Step 7: Depending on app file size and your internet connection speed, the downloading process will take appropriate time.
Step 8: Once installed, launch it and start using the app.
Remove Apps on LG Smart TV
Like installing, you can also remove/uninstall apps on LG Smart TV with ease.
Step 1: Scroll all the way to right of the ribbon menu and click the Pencil icon to enter edit mode.
Step 2: Navigate to the app that you want to remove.
Step 3: Press the up button on your remote and highlight the X mark located above the app.
Step 4: Click Yes to confirm the deletion process.
Step 5: After deleting the app, click Done to exit the edit mode.
